About the role
Role: Bilingual Manual Testing Engineer
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Pune
Must-Have
Manual Testing with strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT Testing.
Strong expertise in test case preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or ALM.
Fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking); JLPT N3/N2 preferred.
Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Execute manual test cases, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
Communicate and collaborate with customer, onsite, offshore, and business stakeholders in Japanese and English.
Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and other QA deliverables.
Support application transition, stabilization activities, and align with JST working hours as required.
