Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Software Development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Generative AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud AI platforms. The role involves building scalable AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing production-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Skills

· 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Software Development, with strong exposure to designing and developing enterprise applications.

· Hands-on experience in Gen AI or Generative AI, including developing and implementing AI-powered solutions for real-world business use cases.

· Strong experience working with Agentic AI or Autonomous AI Agents, including designing and implementing intelligent agent-based workflows.

· Practical experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including developing and integrating RAG-based applications.

· Strong programming skills in Python with experience in building scalable and maintainable applications.

· Experience in designing and implementing Multi-Agent Systems for AI-driven automation and orchestration.

· Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen for developing AI agent workflows and Generative AI applications.

· Experience working with Vector Databases for storing, indexing, and retrieving embeddings to support AI applications.

· Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI for developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.

· Strong understanding of API Integration and Microservices Architecture, including integrating AI services into enterprise applications using scalable microservices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work on enterprise-scale AI applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, delivering high-quality solutions, and contributing to the successful implementation of Generative AI initiatives.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
