This position requires extensive troubleshooting skills on Perimeter Network & Security appliances majorly focusing on Network Switches, Routers, Palo Alto, Blue Coat, Netskope. Engineer would be responsible for daily interaction with clients and end users related to break/fix incidents, Deployments, Changes, Monitoring. Monitoring and Remediation (Splunk/NNMi/OpsBridge/SevOne) experience would be an advantage
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices
Engineer would be working on daily Deployment/Changes
Managing Break/Fix Incidents & High Priority WAR Rooms
Monitoring & Operational support for Network ISP Switches & Network
Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution
Design and run planned Security Changes & RMA to maintain business continuity
Open for 24x7 functional support

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
9+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting Cisco equipment
VPN (IPsec, SSL, GRE)
Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP and OSPF)
Multi-VRF
Cisco Routers
Cisco Switches Nexus 5K, 7K & 9k
ACI & SD-WAN
Cisco Catalyst and Workgroup switches
MPLS WAAS
WLAN Technologies
Cisco Wireless Access Points and Controllers
Security related knowledge:
Firewall Design and Architecture
DMZ Environment Design
Cisco CCNP or equivalent experience
Cisco CCIE written or equivalent experience
Extensive technical troubleshooting and enterprise, datacenter environment experience with network technical concepts, devices and platforms
Good troubleshooting skills related to Firewall, Proxy & Network
Proven excellent decision making & ability to deliver during soft and hard time
