Junior Analyst, Wealth Management – Securities & Pricing

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our Wealth Management Securities & Pricing team.

The role focuses on Security Master maintenance, instrument onboarding, securities pricing, fund/NAV updates, data quality controls, and supporting stakeholders across the investment trade lifecycle.

The successful candidate will develop expertise across diverse asset classes while working closely with Trading, Operations, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, Custody, Settlements, Valuation, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities Perform security setup, maintenance, and enrichment across equities, fixed income, funds, derivatives, money market instruments, and structured products. Capture, validate, and maintain security identifiers and static data attributes (ISIN, SEDOL, CUSIP, Bloomberg codes, exchange details, currencies, etc.).

Support daily security pricing activities, NAV updates, pricing controls, and exception management. Validate data using approved sources such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, SIX, ICE, fund prospectuses, term sheets, and official issuer documentation.

Monitor daily controls and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Assist internal stakeholders across Custody, Trade Operations, Settlements, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, Client Reporting, and Compliance functions.

Manage and prioritize live business queries, ensuring timely escalation of trade-impacting, client-impacting, or high-risk issues.

Support fund-related activities including NAV updates, share class maintenance, and liaison with fund houses or administrators where required.

Participate in application testing, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment monitoring. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic understanding of financial instruments and investment operations.

Knowledge of security classes and reference data concepts.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to prioritize urgent requests.

Excellent attention to detail and control-oriented approach.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic operational environment.

Strong willingness to learn new products, asset classes, and operational processes.

Preferred Knowledge (Advantage) NAV calculation concepts and fund operations.

OCF/TER and fund cost & charges concepts.

Structured products and term sheet interpretation.

Fund prospectus and share class features.

Private Equity valuation and fair valuation concepts. Bloomberg, Refinitiv, SIX, ICE, Morningstar, or similar platforms.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Preferred Certifications NISM Certifications IOC Level 1 IMC Level 1 CFA Investment Foundations GARP Foundations of Financial Risk

Working Pattern 5 days per week – mandatory office attendance.

Rotational coverage for APAC, EMEA, and US business hours as required.

Flexibility to work from Kochi.

Weekend testing/UAT support on a rotational basis when required.

Willingness to support month-end activities, project transitions, and high-volume periods.
