Are you an HR professional looking to take the next step in your career within an international environment? We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees across several European countries, supporting a wide range of HR activities. You will provide guidance on employee relations matters, help ensure compliance with labor legislation, and contribute to initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational success. With the support of experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in areas such as performance management, absenteeism, onboarding and offboarding, and employment legislation.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Support the implementation of HR policies, employee handbooks, and disciplinary procedures, helping to ensure compliance with labor legislation across multiple European countries
Manager & Employee Support: Provide guidance to managers and employees on a variety of employee relations topics, including absenteeism, performance concerns, and workplace issues
Performance & Employee Engagement: Partner with managers to promote effective performance management practices and contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up actions
Absenteeism Case Support: Assist managers in managing absenteeism cases and support the administration of related employment agreements and documentation
Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with legal and company requirements
HR Administration & Processes: Support HR processes such as time registration, employment documentation, and personnel administration, while serving as a key liaison with the HR Operations team
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of, or willingness to learn, labor laws across multiple EU countries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
Italian is an advantage
