Job Description

You are joining the VEGA IS Commercial Communication team as a Communications Officer.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

manage and animate the websites presenting VEGA IS offers to various internal and external targets,

updating the BtoB support systems with the help of the Marketing teams,

lead projects for the creation and development of websites and user journeys,

participate in marketing and relationship mechanisms (weekly newsletters, content for social networks),

measuring the performance of devices using different analytics consoles,

ensure, along with the rest of the team, the support of the sales teams and the satisfaction of all the partners.

As a Charged. Through your communication, you help to make the offer managed by VEGA IS and its expertise in management and investment solutions visible.

Your role will also be cross-functional within the organization to which you will be assigned. and to collaborate with the various departments according to the missions and projects.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!

You have several years of experience as a project manager in communication and/or digital marketing.

You master:

graphic design tools (notably Adobe Suite)

CMS such as Wordpress or SharePoint

CRM platforms,

web culture, digital and the main AI tools

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

Endowed with good editorial knowledge and a taste for analyzing results and processing data,

with good team spirit

versatile, agile and organized

You master English with a B2 level.
