We’re looking for a Regional Manager – Paris Outer to join our Paris team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and execute our regional commercial strategy across Paris Outer, leading a high-performing account management team to accelerate partner growth and cement our market leadership.

Paris is one of our most strategic and complex markets globally, with unmatched density, brand concentration, and competitive intensity.

As we move towards our 2026 ambition, we are evolving our commercial organisation to match the scale and sophistication required to win in Paris. This includes increased seniority, clearer regional ownership, and stronger execution across Inner and Outer Paris.

The Regional Manager – Paris Outer role is a key commercial position, designed to combine strategic partner leadership, regional ownership, and organisation building.

The Role

As a Regional Manager you'll lead a team of City Manager Lead, Senior Account Manager and Account Manager and you will report to the Regional Director of Paris, part of the Commercial team.

You are accountable for the growth and performance of strategic brand portfolios across one of Paris’ most critical zones. You will act as the senior commercial owner for your territory, ensuring alignment between Paris-wide strategy and local execution. Beyond partner management, this role plays a central part in aligning the organisation to business challenges and ambitions. You will design, lead, and continuously evolve the account management setup to ensure the right level of seniority, coverage, and execution quality across the territory.

This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue, partner satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional & Portfolio Ownership

Own one of the most strategic region of France, defining and executing the strategy to win

Translate Paris-wide and national priorities into clear, actionable regional strategies

Improve Client Value Proposition (CVP) across the territory in collaboration with other commercial departments

2. Lead Commercial Strategy & Execution Excellence

Own the end-to-end growth of brand portfolios within your Paris Outer regions

Ensure 5 account management standards across the team, with clear portfolio sizing

Build and maintain relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders

Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell strategies

Create and execute joint business plans addressing partner growth, profitability, and operational performance

Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on Deliveroo capabilities, competitors, and market trends

Responsible for a commercial initiative for Paris : engage team, drive performance and proactively adjust structure, focus, or processes

3. Talent Development & Succession

Lead and develop a team of up to 15 AMs / SAMs, either directly or through mid-management

Coach and mentor high-potential talent, building a strong internal succession pipeline

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Finance

Represent your portfolio and organisation in Paris and France leadership forums

Influence roadmap and prioritisation through structured partner and market feedback

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years in commercial, client partnership, or account management roles

Proven experience managing complex, strategic brand portfolios

Demonstrated success leading multi-layered teams in fast-paced environments

Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Marketplace businesses preferred

Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L understanding)

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to design and scale organisations and coverage models

Data-driven, structured, and execution-focused

Senior, credible, and resilient leader

High ownership mindset with a bias for action

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change

Passionate about people development and raising standards

Fluent French and English communication skills
