Wearelooking for a bold and curious mind to join our Global Strategic Insights & Analytics Team! Ateam that turns human insights and data into powerful growth strategies. As a SIA Manager,you’llinfluence the mid- to long-term strategy of our brands and collaborate with global marketing teams to drive brand building and activation initiatives that matter.

In this role,you’llshape consumer-centric strategies, uncover market opportunities, and guide key business decisions with data-driven insights - helping us lead the development of the categories.

This CDI will take place in our global Headquarter offices in Paris (75009).

Your mainmissionswillbe :

Inspire and influence global brand strategies through deep consumer understanding. You will play a key role in planning, developing, implementing and leading research and analytics, integrating data from multiple sources to deliver clear, compelling recommendations that influence senior stakeholders

Identify growth opportunities and Guide business decisions with actionable insights and analytics and through deep consumer and market insights, from innovation to communication and portfolio optimization.

Collaborate with global and local teams to fuel innovation and performance:

providing overall guidance for and engaging with local SIA, Marketing teams when relevant

playing a key role in partnering cross-functionally with analytics & performance, marketing, category, sales, and R&I teams to co-create growth strategies rooted in actionable insights.

Elevate our global strategy by uncovering the benefits of our products, identifying winning segments, and exploring future demand spaces

A propos de vous

The criteria belowremainindicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered:

You have at least 5 years of work experience

You bring a proven track record of turning insights into strategic business actions

You’re fluent in both qualitative and quantitative research, skilled at crafting compelling stories from data

You are passionate about innovative methodologies, including social listening and AI tools.

With a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, you challenge the status quo, connect the dots across trends and data, and inspire global teams to act.

You’re a natural facilitator, a critical thinker, and a persuasive communicator.
