An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced administration team member with strong communication and IT skills and a commitment to workplace Health, Safety and Risk to join this experienced, dynamic and dedicated team.

Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonards/ other sites. Role is part of a district wide service and may provide opportunity to work across different sites within our district.
What you'll be doing
Work with limited direction to support and act as the point of contact for a diverse team. Assist and supporting project work and promotion activities, general office administration, rostering and drafting reports.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrate your skills and experience providing high-level confidential administrative support to senior managers or executives in a complex work environment. Include examples that demonstrate your ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate meetings and diaries, prepare reports, minutes or correspondence, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
Outline your experience supporting projects, programs or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Describe your contribution to planning, coordination, communication, monitoring or reporting activities, and how you worked collaboratively to achieve agreed outcomes.
Provide examples of how you have used business systems and technology (such as Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, records management systems, rostering systems or databases) to improve administrative processes, maintain records, prepare reports or support service delivery. Include any initiatives you have implemented to improve efficiency or customer service.
