About the role

We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to be part of our Inclusion & Diversity, People Strategy & Engagement team, People & Capability Command. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and customer support services to staff and other team members to enable the efficient operation of the command/business unit.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies and diverse community groups while delivering high quality customer service.

The position also supports the coordination of events, workshops and engagement activities that promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

Success in the role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
