About the role
WorkForce Software an ADP company is hiring a Learning Consultant
The Learning Consultant is part of our Global Training and Education Team, which is responsible for training and enablement around the world. This role delivers technical and functional training to partners, customers, and employees at various facilities worldwide. The Learning Consultant also contributes to the maintenance and continuous improvement of training content in partnership with Instructional Designers and other training team members.
Responsibilities:
Deliver product implementation and support training through in-person sessions at key strategic partner and WorkForce Software corporate facilities
Conduct effective product implementation and support training sessions in a virtual classroom setting
Monitor class participation and adjust delivery to support learner understanding and engagement
Evaluate course participants for certification eligibility
Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of training curricula
Partner with cross-functional teams to support learning delivery needs
Serve as subject matter resource in assigned areas of specialty for course delivery and maintenance
Stay current on the latest product releases and features for assigned products
Requirements:
Experience implementing and configuring a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
1+ years’ experience conducting technical and functional field training
Understanding of workforce management solutions from a consulting perspective
Existing knowledge of, with desire to learn, local terminology related to time and absence processes in various countries
Experience using SQL and writing queries
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Desired Skills
Strong facilitation and instructional delivery skills across in-person and virtual environments
Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt delivery style to learner needs
Analytical mindset with experience using feedback and data to improve learning outcomes
Experience programming in a 3GL or 4GL language
Knowledge of Human Capital Management systems
Experience working with the WorkForce Software Suite of products
Experience contributing to technical training content
Travel: Up to 50% travel
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
