Your Role

Define and implement strategies to identify and attract talent

Build and nurture talent pools by establishing long-term relationships

Anticipate challenges and recommend appropriate action plans

Advise managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Contribute to the strategic dimension of talent acquisition

Lead and participate in strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

Deliver a human, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience

Contribute to National Bank’s employer brand

Support continuous improvement initiatives and communities of practice

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree completed, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

Recognized ability to develop talent markets and build strong, lasting human relationships with both talent and hiring managers.

Demonstrated listening and partnership-oriented approach, with a medium-term perspective, supporting talent throughout their journey before, during, and after hiring, including continued relationship follow-up once talent is in role.

Ability to maintain active, high-quality talent pools through continuous market presence and ongoing, close collaboration with business lines, enabling anticipation of talent needs and movements.

Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrated leadership, influence and negotiation abilities, rigor, creativity, and an innovative mindset.

Proven experience in an advisory role supporting senior leadership within a large organization.
