About us
At UCL, we believe that knowledge changes the world. As one of the world's leading universities, we're home to a diverse community of staff and students united by a shared commitment to making a positive difference through education, research and innovation.
Joining the Vice-President External Engagement (VPEE) team means becoming part of a collaborative and ambitious marketing and communications function that helps shape UCL's global reputation and connects prospective students with opportunities that can transform their futures.
If you're passionate about using CRM marketing to create meaningful customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
We're looking for a CRM Marketing Officer to help deliver engaging, data-informed communications across the prospective student journey.
Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Student Recruitment, Digital, Data Insight and Information Services, you'll play a key role in planning, building and delivering targeted CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and marketing automation tools. You'll help ensure the right audiences receive the right message at the right time, supporting prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll build and test email campaigns and automated customer journeys, create audience segments, monitor campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve engagement. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of UCL's CRM capability, helping to embed best practice and enhance the customer experience across the institution.
If you enjoy combining creativity with data, thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in delivering high-quality campaigns, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
Please note, this role is offered on a hybrid working basis with currently a minimum of 1-2 days per week onsite at our London Kings Cross office.
