About the role

About Yes.com Limited

Yes is an AI-native online gambling startup launching in Denmark with expansion planned across Europe and other regions. We operate on an established platform and are building a new player experience across sportsbook and casino.

We don't believe in the traditional iGaming Product Manager model for managed platform operators. Instead, we're building a data-driven and AI-powered operations layer where a Product Operations Manager, supported by automated intelligence and analytics, delivers broader coverage and faster decisions than any traditional PM team.

About the role

You will be the single operational owner of product configuration and configuration governance across all third party systems and operational backoffices.

This role is responsible not only for configuring sportsbook, casino, CRM, bonus, and operational systems, but also for ensuring market-specific consistency, operational readiness, and governance across multiple vendors and platforms.

As Yes expands into multiple regulated markets, you will help coordinate and manage configuration variations across payments, fraud, RG, AML, CRM, KYC, bonus, customer service, and operational workflows.

You'll work alongside data, automation and AI tools that analyse competitor data, monitor operational performance, identify configuration drift, and generate scheduled and on-demand recommendations - your job is to review, validate, coordinate, and execute.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role. You won't own a product roadmap, design features, or manage stakeholders. You'll operate complex back-office systems, make data-driven configuration decisions, and keep our sportsbook, casino, and live casino commercially competitive in the Danish market.

What you'll do

Sportsbook

Configure sport/league/event selection and sorting for the Danish market

Tune margin parameters using our sportsbook third party system

Set and monitor risk parameters (liability limits, stake limits, bet acceptance rules)

Configure cash out, bet builder, and combo rules

Act on data recommendations for margin adjustments and event curation

Casino

Activate and manage game suppliers and individual games

Build and maintain the casino lobby structure (categories, game ordering, tags)

Configure per-game settings (RTP, max bet, fun mode, bonus deduction)

Manage hybrid (third party + in-house) personalisation engine - set defaults, define overrides, run A/B tests

Triage new game releases weekly based on data recommendations

Configure live casino suppliers (Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.)

Manage table types, lobby positioning, and schedule-aware promotion

Bonuses (BonusEngine)

Configure bonus mechanics (free bets, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback) based on CRM team briefs

Set wagering requirements and eligibility rules within regulatory guardrails

Frontend (incl. CMS)

Manage featured content, promotional pages, sport navigation

Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams on content publishing

AI-Assisted Operations

Review daily, weekly and on-demand competitive intelligence reports

Act on real-time alerts (liability breaches, performance anomalies, competitor moves)

Execute approved items from the weekly playbook

Provide feedback to improve recommendation quality over time

Review AI-generated operational insights across multiple systems and vendors

Monitor configuration drift and market-specific inconsistencies

Assist in improving operational automation, governance workflows, and AI-assisted configuration tooling

Market Configuration Governance

Coordinate configuration consistency across PAM, payments, fraud, CRM, RG, AML, KYC, bonus, and customer service systems

Maintain market-specific configuration inventories and operational readiness checklists

Ensure regulatory and operational rules are consistently implemented across multiple systems and vendors

Support new market launches by coordinating configuration setup, validation, and operational sign-off

Identify configuration conflicts, dependency gaps, and operational risks before release

Work with compliance, operations, and technology teams to maintain auditability and change visibility

Help standardise reusable market templates and configuration approaches across jurisdictions

Qualifications

Must Have

Technically confident - you can navigate complex back-office systems without hand-holding

Data-literate - you understand KPIs like GGR, RTP, margin, turnover, and can read performance reports

Detail-oriented - configuration errors have direct financial impact

Self-directed - you'll work with automation and AI tools semi-autonomously, escalating only when needed

Comfortable with ambiguity - this is a new role in a startup; processes will evolve

Fluent English

Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple operational systems

Ability to understand dependencies between payments, fraud, CRM, RG, AML, KYC, and gaming configurations

Comfortable working in highly regulated and fast-changing environments

Strong Plus

Prior iGaming operations experience (sportsbook trading, casino operations, back-office management)

Experience with B2B platforms

Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, automation platforms)

Understanding of gambling markets

Experience with CMS platforms

Experience supporting multi-market or regulated market launches

Experience working with operational workflows, SOPs, or governance processes

Not Required

Product management experience - this is explicitly not a PM role

Deep domain expertise in odds compilation or game mathematics - the platform and AI handle this

How You'll Work

AI-assisted workflow: You'll work alongside AI tools that monitor competitors, analyse performance data, and generate prioritised recommendations. Your job is to review, validate, and execute - not to do the analysis manually.

Autonomy within guardrails: Full autonomy for game activation/deactivation and lobby changes within compliance rules. Supplier-level decisions and margin strategy changes require sign-off from leadership.

Cross-functional operational coordination: You'll work across multiple operational domains including CRM, RG, AML, fraud, payments, customer support, and compliance to ensure configuration alignment and operational consistency.

Async collaboration: You'll coordinate with marketing, CRM, analytics, and compliance teams primarily through chat. No unnecessary meetings.

Note: Exact operational cadences and workflows will be defined together once you're onboarded and the AI automation layer is in place. You'll have a say in shaping how this role operates.

Who You'll Work With

Leadership - commercial decisions, strategic direction

Technology - AI tooling, system access, platform integrations

Analytics - performance analysis, KPI definition, data deep-dives

Marketing - competitive intelligence, content strategy, promotional calendar

CRM - bonus strategy, campaign execution coordination

Legal & Compliance - regulatory guardrails, market-specific requirements

Compensation

Competitive compensation package

Health insurance

Paid learning and growth opportunities

Interview Process

CV screen + AI literacy assessment - Can you interpret data and follow structured recommendations?

Systems aptitude test - Navigate a demo back-office, make configuration changes based on a brief

Scenario exercise - Given competitor data and performance reports, what changes would you recommend?

Culture fit - Conversation with Co-CEO, CTO and HR

Why This Role Is Different

Most iGaming companies manually review a fraction of their game catalogue, check competitors when they remember to, and make gut-feel decisions about lobby positioning.

Most operators manage configurations in silos, where different teams and vendors independently control payments, fraud, RG, CRM, bonuses, customer service workflows, and market-specific rules. As operators scale across jurisdictions, this often creates operational fragmentation, inconsistent customer experiences, and governance challenges.

We're building a more centralised, AI-assisted operational model where configuration governance, operational visibility, and market consistency are treated as core operational capabilities.

We're building something different. Our systems monitor every competitor daily, analyse every game in our catalogue, and generate data-driven recommendations with full rationale. Then we execute.

If you're the kind of person who'd rather work with intelligent tools than do repetitive manual work, this is the role.
