Duties

Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve company goals and maintain high performance standards.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimise productivity.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication across the organisation.

Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Address operational issues promptly, analysing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies at all times.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a managerial or leadership role within a similar industry or environment.

Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience in strategic planning, process optimisation, and resource management is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

A relevant qualification in business management or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
