We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Southern Water team based in Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire.

Location: Kent, Sussex, Hampshire – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Are you an experienced project professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a Project Manager to join our thriving water business, where you'll lead exciting design and build projects across our non-infrastructure, water, and wastewater portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues whilst enjoying the flexibility of remote working.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Southern Water delivery team, supporting them in delivering high-quality water and wastewater projects. Your day-to-day will include:

Leading projects from conception through to handover, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety throughout,

Building and nurturing relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery,

Managing site teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers,

Taking P&L responsibility for your project portfolio, delivering and enhancing margins,

Planning and monitoring projects, ensuring all compliance documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

You hold a relevant degree or HNC in Engineering (or equivalent),

You can demonstrate experience within regulated utilities, infrastructure, or the built environment sector,

You have strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to exceed client expectations,

You possess excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness,

You demonstrate collaborative behaviours and can lead project delivery by example,

You hold a full driving licence.
