We are currently seeking a professional Hard Services Account Manager. You will manage multi-discipline building services contract for a multi-site national blue-chip leisure services client and additional minor contracts as required. You will build strong relationships, maximising client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth across the account.

As a Hard Services Account Manager, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Operations and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.

Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

Strong account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing accounts within Hard Services Facilities Management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

From an M&E engineering discipline / or formal qualification

Valid UK Driving Licence with access to own personal car

Desirable:

Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
