About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

System Development: Develop functional modules based on requirement documents, write high-quality and maintainable code, and ensure the completeness of system functions and timely delivery.

Architecture Design: Design and review technical solutions, formulate system scalability plans, and ensure the rationality and extensibility of the architecture.

Technical Problem Solving: Resolve complex technical issues, optimize system performance and stability, and improve service availability and response efficiency.

Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with product and testing teams to implement requirements, provide technical implementation plans, and drive project delivery on schedule.

Quality Assurance: Establish coding standards and a quality monitoring system to reduce system failure rates.

Technology Research: Track emerging technology trends and industry best practices, conduct technical validation and preliminary research, and promote the adoption of new technologies in business scenarios.
