We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding

Coordinate and host hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide team support

Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate, compliant documentation

Promote a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience

Conducts new hire onboarding and new hire orientation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred

1-3 years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition

Demonstrated passion for human resources and supporting employee success

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining a respectful and productive workplace environment
