Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology professional to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity, supporting operations across our Memphis, Dallas, or McLean office locations. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering next-generation cloud platforms, DevOps solutions, and automation strategies that drive consistency, reliability, and scalability across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to establish best practices, guide architectural decisions, and ensure the seamless delivery of mission-critical software across Agile environments. Responsibilities:

Architect next-generation cloud platforms and automation solutions to support enterprise-wide technology goals.

Devise and continuously evolve code-driven automation strategies that ensure environment consistency across development, testing, and production.

Build long-term automation solutions using scripting and programming languages such as Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, or Java/JavaScript.

Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance for UI, APIs, and microservices.

Collaborate with development teams to guide best practices, design patterns, and operational standards.

Evaluate new architectural concepts and recommend improvements from an infrastructure and security perspective.

Support reliability engineering efforts and participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical and revenue-impacting cloud services.

Design and implement enterprise DevOps architectures, reference patterns, and tooling strategies.

Implement and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization, with GitLab preferred.

Enable seamless, secure, and highly available software builds and deployments across Agile teams.

Configure, tune, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters, with EKS preferred.

Maintain containerized applications using Docker or similar technologies.

Travel up to 10% as required by business needs.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in scripting and programming, including Bash, and ideally Python or Terraform.

Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling, with hands-on experience in GitLab or Bamboo.

Demonstrated ability to architect and develop automation frameworks supporting Continuous Delivery.

Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes administration, including EKS cluster configuration and operations.

Solid experience working within AWS cloud platforms.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.

Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and software delivery best practices.

Ability to assess infrastructure and security considerations within architectural design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively guide and influence cross-functional teams.

Experience supporting reliability engineering efforts and participating in on-call rotations.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in technology or a related field is required.

4+ years of experience with CI tools such as GitLab (preferred) or Bamboo.

4 +years of experience architecting and developing automation to support Continuous Delivery.

3+ years of experience administering Kubernetes.

3+ years of experience working on AWS cloud platforms.

1+ or more years of lead experience is preferred.
