Nikeストアのサービス&セリングコーチは、部門の責任者として、店舗に訪れる全てのお客様に卓越したコンシューマーサービス体験を提供すると同時に、アスリート(スタッフ)にも働きがいのある環境を届ける役割を担います。ストアマネージャー(店長)やアシスタントストアマネージャー(副店長)と連携しながら、店舗全体のサービスレベルと販売力の最大化をリードします。

お客様一人ひとりのニーズに寄り添い、Nikeのサービス精神を体現することで、初めてランニングを始める方から、さらなる高みを目指すスポーツチームまで、あらゆるコンシューマーにサービスを通じてインスピレーションと価値を提供します。多様なニーズに応えるサービスを実現するために、Nikeが提供する各種トレーニングやプログラムを活用した、チーム全体のスキル向上とサービス品質の継続的な改善が求められます。

・職務内容:

①プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入/実施を促進するため、ストア マネージャーやアシスタント ストア マネージャーをサポートしビジネスを加速させる。

②スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務のみならず、中期的視点で注力する業務を計画する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。

③円滑な店舗運営を遂行するため、販売及びトレーニングなどをサービス&セリング責任者として管理する。

④Nikeが定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。

⑤戦略的計画の立案及び実行をサポートするため、積極的に提案を行う。

⑥本部の関係部署と協働して店舗およびスタッフの管理維持を行う。

⑦店舗営業中の販売戦略と現場マネジメントを通じて、売上最大化と顧客満足を両立する。

⑧日々の接客を通じて得た現場の声やインサイトを、関係チームと積極的に共有する。

・応募条件:

①Nikeブランド及びスポーツへのパッションとプロダクトの知識があること

②リテールでの販売及びチームリーダーとしての経験(雇用形態不問)

③リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること

④周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力とマネジメント能力があること

⑤問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること

⑥コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること

⑦英語スキルがあれば尚可(日常会話ができると好ましいTOEIC470程度)

⑧スポーツの魅力を伝える接客体験を設計・改善し、顧客満足と売上向上を両立できること
