As the Global Product Manager Pulses & Proteins, you will be at the forefront of managing the global strategy for our Pulses & Protein product portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the portfolio lifecycle, from conceptualization to commercialization, all while driving sustainable growth across global markets.

Your role

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a global strategy for our Pulses & Proteins portfolio, aligning with our broader Business Unit strategy

Innovation & Product Lifecycle Management: Drive innovation projects and product pipelines, ensuring successful commercialization in line with market needs

Portfolio Management: Collaborate closely with the product organization and cross-functional teams within our global matrix to manage and optimize the assortment

Revenue & Sales Monitoring: Monitor product performance and sales metrics (turnover, sales, market share), developing and executing strategies to drive improved revenue, in collaboration with the Sales team

Customer Insights & Product Roadmap: Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage to continuously refine the product roadmap and lifecycle

Sales Support & Expertise: Actively engage with customers, providing expert insights and market knowledge to support Sales teams in project execution, customer visits, and briefings

Internal & External Communication: Regularly update internal teams and external stakeholders with aligned portfolio updates through media channels and internal portals

Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct in-house training to promote a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and its positioning

Margin Optimization: Steer product margin structure and collaborate with the Pricing team to implement pricing strategies (Stop-Swap) to enhance profitability

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Food Science with proven experience in product management, preferably in the food industry or a related field, with a strong focus on Pulses & Proteins or similar categories

Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle from innovation to commercialization

Strong strategic thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization

Data-driven, with a sharp focus on performance metrics, customer insights, and business growth

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams

Passion for innovation and product development, with a customer-first mindset

German and English at a professional level (written and spoken)

Comfortable working with international teams in a fast-paced environment - proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
