Lead and drive the technical aspects of high projects complexity and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
Job Requirements
Define technical strategy for high-impact projects (innovation, global platforms…)
Lead and drive the technical team in tandem with the Project Manager
Manage interfaces between customers and project teams
Oversee multiple projects or a technical portfolio
Ensure alignment between design, industrialization, and customer requirements
Participate in strategic decisions with EMIA management (M&S, PM, PjM, PE,…)
Represent the company to customers and partners on technical topics
Acting as a Technical reference and mentor for Junior Technical Project Leaders
What your background should look like
Engineering degree (mechanical / electrical, or similar) with proven experience in product design and development
Typically, 8+ years extensive experience in (technical) complex product development within the automotive sector
Strong leadership and intercultural communication skills
Strategic vision and ability to manage global projects
