Brand Account Manager (Brazil)

We are looking for an experienced and talented Brand Account Manager to build relationships with Clients in Brazil.

What You'll Do:

Drive the growth of clients' business within the platform by expanding the use of existing products and commercial terms, while also providing strategic consulting on market trends and opportunities outside the platform

Collaborate closely with the Sales B&A, and Publisher Success teams to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities to increase traffic from specific publishers and placements, and improve results

Promote new product features (where applicable) and proactively identify upselling opportunities, including additional ad formats, campaign renewals, and other value-added solutions

Who you are:

3+ years of experience in digital advertising

Ability to: communicate, create, and present reports to clients; fast learner and proactive

Knowledge of managing Agency Clients and Direct Brands

Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success, or Customer Success in the digital advertising environment

Bachelor/Master degree

Will be a plus:

Experience with AdTech/MarTech

Prior experience at a global company and fast-paced environment

Previous experience with digital platform

Google Analytics, Hubspot, Slack, Trello

Languages proficiency:

Fluent Portuguese

Upper-intermediate English
