As a Data Analytics Lead at BairesDev's R&D Team, you'll spearhead initiatives in data analysis, machine learning, and technology development. Your role is critical to our mission of driving innovation and creating technology solutions that generate significant revenue. In our R&D team, you'll encounter a variety of challenges that change daily, requiring a creative and dynamic approach to data analytics. Working in the most exciting and demanding area of our company, you'll collaborate with exceptionally talented professionals, pushing the boundaries of data analytics to drive our company forward.

What You’ll Do:

Identify opportunities for process improvements, generating and testing hypotheses through data analysis.

Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights within complex data sets, utilizing advanced statistical techniques.

Lead discussions and contribute significantly to the strategic direction of the Data Analysis team.

Partner with data product managers to develop exceptional data products, aligning with business needs and user expectations.

Prioritize data and information requirements in collaboration with management, supporting organizational objectives.

Champion a data-driven culture, enhancing data literacy and advocating for the importance of data across the organization.

You must have:

At least 7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or related fields.

Expertise in SQL for data management and analysis.

Advanced skills in data visualization and the ability to tell stories with data.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with non-technical users.

Advanced level of English.
