About the Role
RedNek Corporate Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
0–1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a professional work ethic.
Preferred Skills
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
