Roles and Responsibilities of US Bench Sales Recruiter :

Responsible for full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities.

Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing,

reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations and closing.

Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making

job postings on the Job Portal.

Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals,

and other strategies.

Maintain and building the vendor contacts.

Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background

check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and

placement.

Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client

requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

Publish progress report to management every week.

Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT

trends.

Mandatory Requirements:

Comfortable to work in night shift

Candidates should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.

Candidates should have strong analytical and thinking skills.

Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred

Must be a good team player and result driven.

Good verbal and written skills.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
