What You’ll Do:
Market bench candidates to vendors & clients
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
Manage vendor relationships & submissions
Coordinate interviews & closures

Strong communication & negotiation skills
Experience in US IT Bench Sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong networking mindset
