Introduction
Join a high-impact global finance team where you will play a critical role in supporting business growth while shaping credit risk decisions. As a Senior Credit Analyst , you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to evaluate customer creditworthiness, drive risk mitigation strategies, and enable informed business decisions.
This role offers exposure to a dynamic and global work environment, working closely with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive mindset, leveraging data-driven insights to balance revenue growth with financial discipline while continuously improving credit processes and systems.t
Your Job
Conduct detailed credit risk assessments to evaluate customer creditworthiness
Recommend credit terms and limits aligned with business growth and risk mitigation objectives
Monitor credit exposure and manage credit hold releases effectively
Develop and maintain credit scoring models and risk frameworks
Prepare reports on credit utilization, customer exposure, and key credit KPIs
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Data Governance, and Collections teams globally
Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and AI-driven solutions
Ensure adherence to GlobalFoundries Credit Policies and internal control requirements
Support system implementations, UAT testing, and strategic finance initiatives
Perform additional ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
Other Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in credit management or financial analysis within a global organization
Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk assessment, and business dynamics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP S/4 HANA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-volume global industries
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics in finance processes
Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus
