Responsibilites:

Lead and support the transformation of Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC) and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments, with a focus on improving user experience through automation and streamlined management processes.

Assess and migrate user and device management from legacy ADUC systems to Microsoft Intune MDM.

Implement Intune policies, configurations, and compliance settings to support modern device management.

Automate user onboarding/offboarding processes and device lifecycle tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure seamless user experience during the transformation by minimizing disruption and providing clear support documentation.

Monitor and optimize MDM configurations and automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements:

Diploma in IT or relevant

CompTIA A+ Knowledge (Certificate not required)

Basic Automation Knowledge

Relocation Supported: No
