Come join Ireland's Buggy Experts - we’re seeking a Store Manager!
The BabyDoc Shop – a nursery supply store (buggies, car seats, furniture) - is looking for a sales-focussed, full-time store manager for our store in Deansgrange, Dublin!
You’ll lead the team tasked with helping expectant Mums & Dads find their perfect buggy and nursery equipment as they prepare for life with a baby. It’s a happy, exciting and sometimes confusing/overwhelming time that we are privileged to share with our customers every single day.
We will provide you with in-depth training that enables you to develop your career as a knowledgeable nursery specialist, even if you haven’t worked in this sector before.
What’s involved in the job?
As store manager of the BabyDoc Shop, you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the store. This includes:
Being the leader for all staff in this location. Providing ongoing training and encouragement.
Ensuring the store is presentable at all times and correctly stocked.
Monitor & achieve store targets/KPIs.
Above all, you will ensure the customer is at the heart of everything in store.
What we look for in you?
Previous retail experience is required.
Excellent communication and people management skills are essentials.
You must have a passion for sales and helping customers.
Energy and enthusiasm are key. You must enjoy being part of a team.
