Job Description: Senior Firmware Engineer

Joining Requirement: Immediate / Within 1 Month . Position Overview:

This role focuses on integrating a deep connected platform into customer vehicles and

hardware.

Involves leading deployments, solving complex integration challenges, and acting as a key

technical interface between customers and internal teams.

Requires strong embedded software expertise, customer interaction skills, and leadership

capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end customer deployment and integration of in-vehicle software

Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers

Design and develop custom integration solutions using C and C++

Gather requirements and create technical proposals and documentation

Perform issue triaging and resolve bugs with code-level fixes

Validate solutions through hardware testing

Collaborating with cross-functional teams for risk and schedule management

Provide technical training and support to customers

Travel to customer locations for deployment and integration support

Required Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Embedded C programming (resource-constrained systems)

Experience with Linux/POSIX and/or Android systems

3–6 years of experience in embedded software development

Familiarity with:

▪ MISRA C/C++ standards

Strong communication and mentoring abilities. Preferred Skills:

• Programming knowledge in C++ and Python

• Experience with:

▪ MQTT, HTTPS

▪ OTA updates

▪ Telemetry systems

▪ IoT security

• Tools & platforms:

▪ Bazel

▪ Confluence

▪ Google Test

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field.

• Candidates with equivalent practical experience in embedded systems and firmware

development may also be considered.

Pay: ₹397,111.55 - ₹1,271,979.50 per year
