Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Firmware Engineer with 2+ years of experience in embedded systems development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in firmware development using STM32 and ESP32 microcontrollers, peripheral interfacing, RTOS-based systems, memory devices, and electronics testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and validating embedded firmware for connected electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for STM32 and ESP32-based products.
Develop drivers and application firmware for various peripherals and communication interfaces.
Interface and troubleshoot external memory devices such as Flash Memory (NOR/NAND), EEPROM, and related storage solutions.
Implement and optimize communication protocols including:
SPI
I2C
UART
Ethernet
GPIO
Develop real-time embedded applications using FreeRTOS or similar RTOS.
Perform board bring-up, firmware debugging, and hardware-software integration.
Optimize firmware for performance, memory utilization, and power consumption.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system-level validation.
Support electronics testing, debugging, and failure analysis during product development.
Work closely with hardware, testing, and production teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and firmware release notes.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience with bootloaders and OTA firmware updates.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Ethernet stacks.
Familiarity with embedded Linux is an advantage.
Understanding of schematic reading and PCB debugging.
Exposure to IoT-based product development.

Pay: ₹297,645.82 - ₹1,572,734.49 per year
