Working closely with the Senior Management Team on budgeting, costing, and financial planning for upcoming projects and financial years.
Taking accountability for the P&L of the Digital Ecosystem portfolio, including costing, forecasting, pricing recommendations, and commercial performance.
Monitoring project expenditure against approved budgets and presenting monthly financial summaries, while proactively managing costs and mitigating overspend.
