Job description
Office Management – France / Benelux:
Management of printing suppliers, brochure inventory, product stock, commercial sample orders, preparation and shipment of brochures and training materials for sales representatives and events, coordination of product shipments for the sales team from Amersfoort, telephone switchboard management, and administration of the France information mailbox.
Events Management – France / Benelux:
Organization and coordination of hands-on training courses (venue/hotel booking, catering, guest lists, ordering, preparation and shipment of all event materials, etc.). Liaison with training organizations responsible for various events. Preparation of partner agreements and hospitality compliance documentation, follow-up, collection and verification of signed contracts. Regulatory declaration of partner agreements and hospitality arrangements with government authorities. Monitoring event-related sales activities within the CRM system.
Competitive Intelligence – Benelux:
Monitoring of competitors through social media, websites, promotional materials, flyers, and other relevant sources.
Proofreading / Dutch Translation:
Translation into Dutch of marketing materials developed by European and local teams for adaptation and deployment within the Benelux market.
CRM Management:
Extraction of data and communication to Customer Service regarding complimentary products to be delivered directly to dental practices.
Benelux Credit Notes:
Preparation of the files required to generate credit notes for Benelux dealers.
France / Benelux Team Meetings:
Preparation and organization of local sales meetings (hotel bookings, activities, logistics, etc.).
Distributor Support – France:
Handling distributor requests related to products (visuals, documentation, and other materials) and product listing/registration support.

Job requirements
Fluent in French and English, with Dutch as a native language. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
