About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager to join our team at our Laverton Fulfilment Centre!

Lead a high-performing fulfilment centre and play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently to customers and stores. This is an opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop capable teams and influence continuous improvement across a fast-paced supply chain environment. What's involved

Lead daily fulfilment centre operations, from receiving and storage through to picking, packing and dispatch

Drive improvements in productivity, service, inventory accuracy and operational performance

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace standards

Develop, coach and support team members to achieve their best

Partner with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to keep products flowing efficiently

Manage operational budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and value

Resolve operational challenges and identify smarter ways of working

Support business-wide initiatives that improve customer outcomes and supply chain performance

About You

You're an experienced operational leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes and delivering results. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build strong relationships and use data and insights to make informed decisions.

You'll be joining a collaborative team that values teamwork, continuous improvement and a practical, customer-focused approach. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace.

What you'll need

Leadership experience in a fulfilment centre, distribution centre, warehouse or similar operational environment

Strong people leadership and team development capability

Experience driving operational performance and process improvement

Knowledge of inventory management, KPIs and service delivery

Understanding of workplace health, safety and compliance requirements

Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

Experience managing budgets, costs and resources

Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
