Key responsibilities / You will get to: • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client• and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments• Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them• Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager• Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management• Oversee the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion• Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects• General contribution to Allianz Consulting• Ensure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and training

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

Operational insurance business and/ or consultancy experience for more than 5 years Project and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement based on transformation initiatives, ideally in retail and/or commercial businesses• Track record of insurance retail and/or commercial business knowledge, ideally in the area of insurance brokerage domain expertise• Proven ability to coordinate and drive the execution of complex, multi-stakeholder projects and workstreams• Experience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization as well as training and lecturing• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation• Analytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience• Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills Strategic and operational management experience• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office• Fluency in written and spoken German and English Desired requirements: • Extensive insurance business experience and knowledge• Extensive project experience• International work experience (min. 24 months)• Prior leadership experience• Trained in project management We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.#LI-VS1#AllianzServices
