Your new job includes

As an intern in our family-run company, you will provide conceptual and organizational support to our Learning & Development team in the areas of personnel development and continuing education. In particular you will

coordinate trainings and other development measures

be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of in-house seminars as well as for room and material management

be involved in the conception and creation of e-learnings and take over the maintenance of training overviews and statistics

help organize the regular Welcome Days for new employees as part of the onboarding process

assist with the regular employee surveys

independently supervise smaller projects within the range of the Learning & Development team

What you should bring along

Degree in psychology, business administration or a humanities discipline with a focus on personnel development / adult education

The enthusiasm to learn about the offerings of modern personnel development and to help shape them together with the team

A quick perception, good organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working

Enjoy creating and advancing projects on your own and contributing your own ideas

A service-oriented, committed and communicative way of working

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
