Our Emerging Talent Team is responsible for recruiting across all our early careers programmes nationwide, including degree apprenticeships, internships, and graduate opportunities.

Please note, office hours are 8am - 8pm Monday - Thursday, and 8am - 5pm on Friday & Saturday.
Please note this role will require flexibility to work evening and one Saturday shift every 10-12 weeks on a rotational basis.
What you'll do
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for degree apprenticeships, internships, and graduate programs
Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone/video interviews
Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)
Schedule interviews or assessment centers and provide timely feedback
Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages
Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards of interview feedback compliance
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the team
Managing the temp recruitment process and collaborating with our agencies within the office environment
Managing recruitment email inboxes
What you'll need
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment would be beneficial
Good communication skills
A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
Uncompromising attention to detail
Able to use their own initiative
Knowledge of Google suite will be advantageous
A good team player with the ability to also work independently
