Visual Support Manager - Central Region

Visual Support Manager

Responsible to:

Head of VM and Central Operations

Department:

Retail Operations

A Full UK Driving licance is required for this role.

Role Overview:

A fantastic position has arisen in the Visual Department. The vacant field role is a Visual Support Manager within the North East. The role involves managing day to day visual activity and an integral part of the role is to actively develop a team of competent Town merchandisers and in store personnel across all designated stores.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure a high level of visual standard, and to make sure a consistent level of visual competence is evident across all designated stores

To have strong communication to all Visual Head Office personnel, Senior Visual Managers, Area / Regional Sales Managers, and Town Merchandisers, to ensure all guidelines are being followed correctly and all weaknesses are identified and supported to be rectified

To support training and development of the VM and Retail teams with regards to technical and commercial VM

Use data, reporting tools and business intelligence to provide commercially sound decision making

Skills/Experience/Knowledge preferred:

Visual Merchandising Experience

Retail Management Skills would be advantageous

Excellent Leadership Skills

Strong commercial awareness
