We are seeking a BI, Governance & Transformation Lead to strengthen essential structure, systems, governance, data quality and consistency across the account, ensuring reporting, business insight and decision-making are supported by accurate, structured and reliable information.

The role focuses on introducing global standards and strategic workplace documentation, supporting both data and processes across regions to enable effective account governance and performance discussions.

Job Description

We are looking for a professional who will also support the delivery of workplace and account-level transformation initiatives aligned to ISS standards and evolving account needs.

This includes future transition and onboarding activity across regions, as well as strategic communication and engagement, working closely with senior stakeholders and reporting to the International Key Account Director.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate global data and reporting standards to support account governance requirements.

Develop workplace strategy data and client-facing materials to support account development and transformation.

Introduce consistent global standards for data, reporting and business intelligence.

Manage strategic account administration, including SharePoint and related systems.

Lead workplace transformation initiatives aligned to ISS standards.

Coordinate workplace projects linked to data, systems and process standardisation.

Support governance forums and performance discussions with accurate and reliable information.

Align regional inputs to ensure consistency across data, systems and processes.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to introduce structure and clarity at account level.

Strong, structured approach to data, reporting, information management and transformation activity.

Proven ability to bring consistency where systems, information and processes are fragmented or inconsistent.

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and coordinating multiple inputs across regions.

Ability to align differing approaches and implement standardised ways of working.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of workplace environments, account governance and strategic transformation initiatives.
