The Talent Coordinator supports recruiters, hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless, compliant and efficient hiring process. This role manages pre-hire and onboarding activities, maintains applicant tracking systems and helps deliver a positive candidate experience aligned with Sunrise’s mission and values.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and distribute high volume offer letters accurately and on time
Coordinate background checks and ensure all state and local pre-hire requirements are met
Oversee onboarding tasks and completion of required documentation
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) records
Monitor hiring progress and provide daily updates on status and roadblocks
Generate recruiting performance reports and track key metrics
Host bi-weekly ATS “office hours” to support and train community users
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
1–2 years of administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday preferred
Strong data collection and basic analytics capabilities
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for occasional extended hours

Pay Range:
19.74 - 24.68
