Product Manager (m/f/d)
Your role in our team
You will be part of the cross-functional product management team which is responsible for all machines and digital products from Körber Pharma Inspection. You should have the ability to strategically collaborate and align with technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience in translating customer needs into technical product requirements and working with our engineering to build and deliver world-class products.
Act as a voice of product to the customer and as the voice of the customer to product development
Monitor, analyse and report on end-user feedback and manage evolution of the product in the marketplace
Ensure user friendliness of the product functionalities
Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase
Prepare software release restrictions and software risk lists
Monitor progress against intermediate and final development targets
Contribute to the development and updating of a holistic digital product and data strategy
Lead the development of marketing materials such as presentations, sales tools and product demonstrations for your product
Your profile
University degree with a technical or scientific focus or comparable work qualification
5+ years of experience in shaping highly complex software or data driven products as a product manager or owner
Fluency in German is preferred, strong English communication required. Further language skills are a plus
Experience in agile software development methodology (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) and use of agile software development productivity tools (i.e. JIRA, Confluence)
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects within a matrix organisation, as well as strong skills in team motivation and goal orientation
Strategic and analytical mindset with long term vision for the product
Strong customer-oriented thinking
Capability to juggle many competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to see opportunities and possibilities where others see barriers and constraints
Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria and the definition of done
Previous working experience in consumer health and/or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Willingness to travel sporadically
