Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience.
The Oracle HR Technical Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM reporting tools, Oracle REST APIs, Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and emerging AI technologies, including AI Agents. This role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting, integrations, and intelligent automation solutions.
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM technical development experience.
Strong experience with:
BI Publisher
OTBI
HCM Extracts
Fast Formula
Experience developing and consuming Oracle Fusion HCM REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Knowledge of Oracle Redwood UI architecture.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with external applications.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
