What You'll Do
Design, implement, and improve backend systems and AI-driven workflows, working closely with senior engineers on architecture decisions.
Work with AI models and no-code/low-code automation tools to help enhance sales intelligence features.
Help maintain and optimize our scalable platform for high availability, low latency, and smooth integrations.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and apply engineering best practices consistently.
Work closely with founders, product managers, and customers to help ship impactful features.
Actively seek feedback, participate in code reviews, and start contributing to the technical culture.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in fast-paced startups or high-growth tech companies.
Solid experience with backend development using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
Some experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing solutions with support from the team.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work.
Bonus points for experience with AI & LLM agentic frameworks or exposure to building low-code platforms.
