BDM (Business Development Manager)

Dumont Creamery is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Scoopers to join our retail team in Hyderabad. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board!

As a Scooper, you will be the face of our brand, creating delightful customer experiences by serving premium ice creams with a smile while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional in-store experience.

Scoop and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items as per company standards.

Explain flavors, products, and ongoing offers to customers.

Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, serving counters, and equipment.

Ensure proper handling and storage of ice cream products.

Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments accurately.

Refill toppings, cups, cones, and other store essentials.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Support the team during peak business hours and promotional events.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, bakery, retail, or ice cream parlour will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Excellent customer service skills.

Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.

Team player with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
