Senior Sales Executive

Customer Relationship Management

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with allotted customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

· Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

· Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand ongoing requirements.

· Manage sales end-to-end for assigned customers.

· Track sales performance metrics and maintain reports

· Provide regular updates and insights to management

Lead Management & Sales Support

· Research, track, and update leads accurately in CRM.

· Qualify prospective leads and follow up systematically.

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline and order status records.

· Support territory managers in executing regional sales plans.

· Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
