Urgent Opening for Electrical Engineers- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Allowances and Incentives

Location- Chennai

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Sales & Customer Handling

Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.

Visit customers and understand their electrical and solar requirements.

Explain solar products and solutions to customers.

Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the concerned team.

Follow up with customers and support the sales conversion process.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely updates.

2. Site Survey

Conduct site visits across Chennai and surrounding regions as required.

Inspect the customer site and collect all necessary technical details.

Check roof area, electrical connections, load requirements, and installation feasibility.

Take site measurements, photographs, and other required information.

Prepare and submit accurate site survey reports.

Coordinate with the design and project teams for further technical evaluation.

3. EB Documentation

Collect and verify customer documents required for EB-related processes.

Prepare and submit necessary EB application documents.

Coordinate with customers and relevant internal teams for documentation.

Follow up on EB application status and related requirements.

Ensure all documents are complete and submitted within the required timelines.

4. Service Calls & Technical Support

Attend customer service calls and technical complaints.

Conduct site visits to identify and understand electrical or solar system issues.

Perform basic troubleshooting and identify the root cause of problems.

Coordinate with the technical/service team for necessary corrective actions.

Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status.

Maintain proper service records and reports.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily field visit and work reports.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, site surveys, sales follow-ups, EB documentation, and service calls.

Coordinate with Sales, Design, Project, Service, and Operations teams.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and field activities.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or relevant Electrical & Electronics background.

Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Must have a valid two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Must be willing to travel extensively for field work across Chennai and surrounding regions.

Candidates should be comfortable handling customer visits, site surveys, documentation, sales activities, and service calls.

Good communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV systems will be an added advantage.

Freshers with a strong interest in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry are encouraged to apply.
