Job Description

Job Description

Designation : Regional Clinical Sales Training Manager – ESKD PVD

Location : Singapore based

Reporting Line : Regional Business Development Director, ESKD PVD

The Regional Clinical Sales Training Manager will lead the development and execution of clinical, product, procedural, and commercial training programs for the Vascular Business across CASAJ TWHK.

This role is designed to strengthen field force capability, accelerate adoption of core and innovative vascular technologies, and build consistent sales and clinical confidence across markets. The position will focus on translating clinical evidence, procedural knowledge, product differentiation, and competitive positioning into practical field execution.

The role is especially critical for advanced and training-intensive portfolios, including mechanical devices, capital equipment-linked platforms, complex PAD therapies, venous interventions, AV access solutions, and other strategic vascular technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Training Strategy, Curriculum & Capability Building

Design and roll out a regional clinical sales training curriculum for CASAJ TWHK, aligned with business priorities, product launches, portfolio growth, and market development plans across PAD, Venous, and ESKD.

Build structured role-based learning pathways and competency standards for new hires, sales reps, clinical specialists, sales managers, and country training teams; covering product knowledge, disease-state understanding, procedural workflow, evidence interpretation, objection handling, case support, and consultative selling.

Drive continuous internal education by keeping teams updated on new evidence, competitor developments, clinical trials, regulatory changes, product updates, and evolving procedural practices; converting insights into practical field-ready tools and refresher programs.

2. Training Network, Certification & Launch Readiness

Partner with country clinical training managers, commercial leaders, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to establish a clear regional training network with defined governance, roles, responsibilities, ownership, and execution standards.

Build and manage regional competency assessment and certification programs for strategic vascular therapies and platforms, including knowledge checks, procedural readiness assessments, field certification criteria, SFDC tracking where applicable, and leadership dashboards.

Lead training readiness for new launches and strategic portfolio expansion, including launch training plans, certification requirements, product decks, evidence summaries, case guides, objection-handling tools, post-launch reinforcement, and country readiness tracking.

3. Therapy Development & Consultative Selling Excellence

Support external Therapy Development for key vascular therapy areas, including foundational programs for early-career physicians, advanced case-based learning, therapy-specific pathways, and product certification programs for innovative Vascular technologies.

Develop a systematic KOL and faculty engagement model covering identification, nurturing, faculty briefing, workshop preparation, case template development, peer-to-peer education, proctorships, live-case programs, and post-program follow-up in partnership with country teams, Medical Affairs, and Compliance.

Strengthen commercial team’s consultative customer engagement capability for patient selection, procedure optimization and post procedure care for Vascular Therapies
