About the Business Master Platform (BMP):

The Business Master Platform (BMP) is a strategic global initiative of Allianz. BMP aims to design, build, and provide standardized global business solutions to Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) across countries. The objective of BMP is to harmonize core insurance processes, increase operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable scalable digital capabilities across markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end AI-enabled applications across frontend, backend, and data layers

Integrate AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation into business processes

Build and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript

Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments

Ensure alignment with Allianz architecture, security, and quality standards

What You Bring

Strong experience in Full Stack Development

Backend: Java (Spring Boot, Spring ecosystem), REST APIs, event-driven systems (Kafka)

Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular or similar frameworks

Databases: MongoDB or other NoSQL solutions

Exposure to AI/ML, automation tools, or GenAI solutions

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and agile methodologies

A mindset focused on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
